Hyderabad, Oct. 26 -- union Coal and Mines Minister G.Kishan Reddy watched Prime Minister Narendra Modi's radio programme Mann Ki Baat alongside BJP workers at Officers Colony in Venkatagiri, Jubilee Hills, and used the occasion to both praise the Prime Minister's communication with the nation and attack rival parties for what he called their broken promises and poor governance.
