New Delhi, Nov. 2 -- Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge will kick off the campaign in Bihar on Monday, giving fresh momentum to the Grand Alliance's election efforts. He is scheduled to address a public rally in Rajapakar at 12 pm. Later, at 4 pm, Kharge will hold a press conference in Patna, where he will discuss the Grand Alliance's election manifesto and other key issues related to the Bihar Assembly polls. Following the press conference, he will hold a review meeting with senior party leaders in Patna.
