Kalaburagi, July 6 -- Karnataka Home Minister Priyank Kharge on Monday escalated the Congress government's confrontation with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), declaring that no RSS roadshow or procession would be allowed in the state without prior government permission as long as he remained a minister.
Addressing reporters here, Kharge said he had written to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat seeking documents related to the organisation and questioned its legal status in the context of organising public processions.
