New Delhi, July 9 -- Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Thursday launched a sharp attack on the Narendra Modi-led government, alleging that India has become increasingly dependent on China across several strategic sectors despite the 2020 Galwan Valley clash, and accused the Centre of compromising the country's national interests.
In a post on social media platform X marking six years since the Galwan Valley clash, Kharge said Prime Minister Narendra Modi/ had given China a "clean chit" after the deaths of 20 Indian soldiers in the violent border confrontation.
