Patna, June 8 -- The famous educator Khan Sir on Monday filed his anticipatory bail petition before Patna Civil court in connection with the case related to the alleged firing resorted by the two security guards of Khan Sir near his coaching institute.
The bail application of Faizal Khan popular as Khan Sir, bearing number 2461/2026 has been filed before the Principal District and Sessions Judge.
The matter would be heard tomorrow. As it is, an FIR bearing number 418/26 was lodged at Kadamkuan police station on June 4 under BNS 109 and 25 (9)/35/27 Arms Act in connection with the firing incident near Khan Global ( Khan G S ) academy.
