Kannur, Oct. 28 -- The Home Department will hold its State-level Vision 2031 seminar on November 3 at the Collectorate Grounds in Kannur to chart a comprehensive roadmap for Kerala's development by its 75th anniversary. This policy document will guide the department's future projects.
The event is being jointly organised by the Kerala Police Department, Kerala Fire and Rescue Service, and Kerala Prisons and Correctional Services.
Former Supreme Court judge C T Ravikumar will inaugurate the event at 9:30 am on November 3. Additional Chief Secretary (Home and Vigilance), Bishwanath Sinha, will present the department's achievements of the past decade.
