Thiruvananthapuram, July 18 -- The Kerala State Election Commission (KSEC) has initiated the revision of electoral rolls in 38 local self-government wards where by-elections will be held to fill vacancies arising from the disqualification, resignation or death of elected representatives.
State Election Commissioner N. Seshadrinathan announced that the draft electoral rolls will be published on July 21, while the final rolls will be released on August 19.
Citizens whose names are missing from the draft electoral roll can apply for inclusion between July 21 and August 5. Persons who have attained the age of 18 years on or before January 1, 2026, are eligible to enrol as voters. Applications for inclusion can be submitted online through the ...
