Thiruvananthapuram, July 31 -- Kerala Police's Pol-Blood initiative, a technology-driven voluntary blood donation platform aimed at ensuring timely availability of blood during emergencies, has registered 1,23,004 people since its launch in 2021.
Implemented through the official Kerala Police mobile application in collaboration with the Kerala State AIDS Control Society, the initiative encourages voluntary blood donation while linking donors with patients in need. The platform enables both those seeking blood and citizens willing to donate to access the service with ease.
