Thiruvananthapuram, Dec. 2 -- Election season is in full swing, and the Enforcement Directorate's latest notice has arrived right on cue, Kerala CPI State Secretary Binoy Viswam said, terming it as a mere "paper snake" intended to scare people.
He was responding to the ED notice issued to the Chief Minister, former Finance Minister Dr. T M Thomas Isaac, and the KIIFB CEO in connection with the KIIFB masala bond issue.
