Thiruvananthapuram, Nov. 11 -- Condemning the explosion that occurred near Delhi's Red Fort, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan demanded a thorough probe and urged the central government to award the strictest punishment to the culprit.
He also said that the incident that has "shaken the nation's collective conscience."In a statement, the Chief Minister said the heinous act demands immediate and stern action. "Whoever is behind this brutal attack must be identified without delay and awarded the strictest punishment," he said.
