Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 1 -- The Coconut Development Board (CDB) will organise the national-level celebrations of World Coconut Day 2026 here on September 2, with Kerala Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan inaugurating the programme and union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Ram Nath Thakur presenting the National Coconut Awards.
Thakur will be the Guest of Honour and deliver the special address at the function. Kerala Agriculture Minister T. Siddique will preside over the inaugural session.
