Thiruvananthapuram, July 3 -- Kerala Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan has launched the official website of the third edition of the Wayanad Literature Festival (WLF), formally setting the stage for what is billed as India's largest rural literature festival.

The four-day international literary event will be held from December 20 to 23, 2026, at Dwaraka in Mananthavady, Wayanad.

The website was unveiled at a function chaired by Agriculture Minister T. Siddique, who is also the patron of the festival. The launch marked the official commencement of preparations for the biennial event, which is expected to attract prominent writers, poets, artists, filmmakers, academics, public intellectuals and readers from India and around the world.
