Thiruvananthapuram, Nov. 12 -- Kerala BJP President Rajeev Chandrasekhar has announced that if the BJP comes to power in the Thiruvananthapuram Corporation, a comprehensive five-year development plan will be unveiled within 45 days of assuming office.

He said the party would publish an annual ward-level project report card to ensure transparency and accountability in governance.

"Within the first year, we will address the city's long-standing issues such as stray dog menace, waterlogging, and waste management," he assured.

Rajeev Chandrasekhar alleged that the BJP, as the opposition in the Corporation, has already exposed several instances of corruption under the CPM-led administration over the past five years.
