Thiruvananthapuram, Aug. 26 -- The Kerala Government has launched the 'Namukku Keralam - Digital Kerala Initiative' aimed at strengthening digital governance and ensuring faster, citizen-friendly delivery of services.
A preliminary meeting chaired by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan reviewed the project framework, which seeks to make government services more transparent and people-centric.
The initiative envisages a dedicated system to address public grievances and provide real-time updates on complaints. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other advanced technologies will be integrated to enhance service delivery, while a unified registry will be introduced to streamline the management of social security schemes.
