Thiruvananthapuram, June 19 -- Kerala Chief Minister and Finance Minister V.D. Satheesan will present the Congress-led UDF government's maiden Budget for the 2026-27 financial year in the State Assembly on Friday, with expectations running high over the government's plans to strike a balance between fiscal consolidation and welfare commitments.
