New Delhi, Feb. 27 -- Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva on Friday said in its recent judgement regarding the Delhi liquor policy case, the court indicates a lack of evidence.
Sachdeva said the probe agency concerned has alleged that the AAP leaders Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia were involved in destroying evidence.
He mentioned that the details with regard to SIM cards and mobile phones that were allegedly destroyed have not been provided to date, and this has also been mentioned in the decision.
Hitting out at the AAP leader, Sachdeva said that Kejriwal still does not have answers to several key questions related to the matter, like whether the excise policy in question here was appropriate, and why it was withdrawn immediately...
