New Delhi, April 28 -- A political row has intensified after Arvind Kejriwal announced that he will not appear before the court of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma, citing concerns over impartiality in an ongoing case.
AAP spokesperson Ghanendra Bhardwaj stated that Kejriwal has decided neither to appear in the judge's court nor to send legal representation, alleging a lack of faith in receiving a fair hearing.
