Kolkata, May 29 -- West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari said on Friday that funds brought in from the centre will be used to revive the tea industry and improve the condition of tea workers in North Bengal and Darjeeling hills.
Adhikari was speaking after a high-level administrative coordination meeting at the state secretariat Nabanna which focused on issues concerning North Bengal and the Darjeeling hills, including infrastructure preparedness, emergency response mechanisms and coordination among various agencies.
