Peddapally, June 15 -- Telangana Rakshana Sena (TRS) President Kalvakuntla Kavitha on Monday launched the week-long 'Baayi Baata' (Coal Mine Outreach) programme from the Kasipet-1 mine in Mandamarri and accused the state government of misleading Singareni workers instead of addressing their issues.
Before reaching the mine, she offered prayers at the Godavari River near Godavarikhani. During her visit, she interacted with workers and discussed their concerns, particularly dependent employment and workers' welfare.
