Hyderabad, Feb. 27 -- Telangana Jagruti president Kalvakuntla Kavitha on Friday described the Delhi excise policy case against her as "fabricated", asserting that the recent court verdict had vindicated her stand and proved her innocence.
Addressing the media after the court's decision, Kavitha said she had consistently maintained that the case was false and that she would emerge "like a washed pearl." "Today, that has come true," she said, thanking the Indian judicial system for quashing what she termed a baseless case and welcoming the clean chit granted to all those involved.
