Hyderabad, March 13 -- Manakondur MLA Kavampalli Satyanarayana on Thursday assumed charge as the Chairman of the TPCC SC Division at a programme held at Gandhi Bhavan.
TPCC President and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud attended the event as the chief guest. Ministers Adluri Laxman, Ponnam Prabhakar and Vivek Venkataswamy, along with several MLAs, MLC Addanki Dayakar, SC Corporation Chairman Pritam, Finance Chairman Rajaiah and other leaders were present.
Speaking on the occasion, Mahesh Kumar Goud said the Congress party has always stood for the welfare of SCs, STs, BCs and minorities and has given them significant representation in key posts. He expressed confidence that the party would return to power again in the state.
