Lucknow, Aug. 31 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced a compensation of Rs 2 lakh each for the family of the deceased in the Kaushambi firecracker explosion.
The CM said that besides Rs 2 lakh each for the deceased's family, the state government will provide Rs 50,000 each for the injured.
The Chief Minister gave instructions for the proper treatment of the injured. He expressed grief over the incident and conveyed condolences to the families of the victims.
