Bengaluru, April 30 -- The Karnataka High Court has dismissed a petition seeking cancellation of the CBFC certificate issued to the Hindi film Dhurandhar: The Revenge, which was accused of copying a writer's script.

The petitioner, filmmaker Santosh Kumar, had claimed that the movie was based on his original script *D-Saheb*. He alleged that key parts of his story, including characters and the plot, were copied after he shared his work with others in the film industry. On this basis, he asked the court to cancel the film's certification and stop its release.
