Bengaluru, March 26 -- The Karnataka High Court on Thursday issued urgent notices to the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the Karnataka Lokayukta, and several individuals, including Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's wife Parvathi Siddaramaiah, in connection with a petition challenging the acceptance of the Lokayukta's 'B-report' in the alleged Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) site allotment case.

Hearing a plea filed by petitioner Snehamayi Krishna, the court took serious note of the challenge to the closure report and directed that notices be served on all respondents at the earliest, signalling the urgency and sensitivity attached to the matter.

The case has been posted for further hearing after the respondents file their replies.
