Kangra Lok Sabha performs outstandingly in national monitoring of MPLADS: Rajeev Bhardwaj

Ashok RainaDharamshala, Sept. 9 -- Kangra-Chamba MP Dr Rajeev Bhardwaj on Tuesday said the Kangra Lok Sabha constituency has performed exceptionally well in the national-level monitoring of development works undertaken under the Members of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS).

Chairing a meeting of the District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (DISHA) at the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education auditorium here, Bhardwaj directed officials to ensure timely implementation of development schemes in accordance with Central government guidelines.

The meeting reviewed the progress of MPLADS works, including handpumps, community halls, roads, protection walls and indoor stadiums.
