Kakinada, Sept. 19 -- Kakinada district administration has made elaborate arrangements for the visit of Andhra Pradesh Education and IT Minister Nara Lokesh to the city on Sunday to attend the 'Bharatiyam' special programme as chief guest.
The programme is being organised by Advisor to the Government on Moral Values and noted preacher Chaganti Koteswara Rao at his Akundi Lakshmi Memorial Gosala at Thimmapuram on the outskirts of Kakinada.
Joint Collector Apurva Bharat, along with Kakinada RDO Sripada Mallibabu, Joint Education Director Nagamani and District Education Officer Ramesh Babu, inspected the venue on Saturday evening and reviewed arrangements with officials.
