Kakinada, June 17 -- Kakinada District Collector M.N. Harendhira Prasad on Wednesday paid a surprise visit to the Community Health Centre at Jaggampeta to assess the quality of healthcare services being provided to patients.
The unexpected inspection took doctors and hospital staff by surprise, prompting them to immediately attend to their duties.
The Collector inspected various wards and interacted with in-patients to gather first hand information on the medical services and facilities available at the hospital.
Later, he held discussions with Hospital Superintendent Dr. Praneeth, doctors and staff regarding healthcare delivery and measures to improve patient care.
