Kaithal, Sept. 21 -- At the 2026 Asian Games, young shooter Himanshu Dhillon, a resident of Ashoka Garden Colony in Kaithal of Haryana, has made the entire country and state proud by winning two silver medals on his Asian Games debut.
At the 20th Asian Games held in Japan, the 20-year-old won the silver medal in the 10 metre air rifle team event. He was accompanied by Rudraksh Patil and Parth Mane in the team.
Shortly after winning the silver medal in the team event, Himanshu also performed brilliantly in the individual event. In the 10 metre air rifle individual final, he finished second to Olympic champion Sheng Lihao of China and won the silver medal, giving Kaithal, his native Dahola village in Jind and all of Haryana a moment of prid...
