Bhopal, Sept. 1 -- Continuing the grip of the Scindia family on the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA), Mahanaryaman Scindia (29) today elected unopposed as the new Presidentof the state's cricket body, becoming its youngest ever President since the MPCA's creation in1957.
Mahanaryaman is the son of union Telecommunications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, who hasbeen the MPCA President for more than nine years in the past.
Similarly, Jyotiraditya's father and Mahanaryaman's grandfather, late Madhav Rao Scindia was also the MPCA President.
According to MPCA's chief administrative officer Rohit Pandit, all posts, including president, were filled unopposed in the association's elections.
