Srinagar, Sept. 9 -- Justice Pushpendra Singh Bhati on Wednesday took the oath as the Chief Justice of the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court (J&K&L) at a ceremony held in Srinagar.
The oath of office was administered by Ladakh Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena, who is currently also holding charge as the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir.
The swearing-in ceremony took place at the Shalimar Auditorium of the Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST), officials said.
