New Delhi, July 19 -- A day ahead of the commencement of the Monsoon Session of Parliament, activist Sonam Wangchuk on Sunday called the proposed march to Parliament on July 20 the country's "second freedom movement".

Wangchuk wrote a handwritten message which was shared from Safdarjung Hospital throughhis wife Gitanjali J Angmo.

The handwritten message, shared on X through Wangchuk's account, said: "Message from Sonam : 20th JULY. The Second Freedom Movement. A Fear-Free India, An Injustice-Free India.
