Kolkata, Feb. 23 -- The judicial adjudication of voters' identity documents flagged under the "logical discrepancy" category, as directed by the Supreme Court of India last week, will commence from Monday.

In line with the apex court's directive, the decisions taken by the judicial officers on the fate of such voters' documents will be final.

The adjudication process will start with 150 session judges appointed by the Calcutta High Court. In total, around 250 judicial officers have been assigned to the exercise.

The process will be supervised at the district level by three-member committees constituted under the directions of the Calcutta High Court.
