Ranchi, Dec. 17 -- Jharkhand has been selected to host five national-level school sports competitions under the 69th National School Games Championship 2025-26, organised by the School Games Federation of India (SGFI).

The competitions will include football, archery, chess, cycling (track and road), and hockey.

According to a notification issued by the Jharkhand Education Project Council (JEPC), Ranchi, all five events will be organised between December 2025 and January 2026. The competitions will be held at various venues in Ranchi, including the Mega Sports Complex, Khelgaon, the sports complex stadium at BIT Mesra, and other designated stadiums.
