Ranchi, Jan. 25 -- The Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee (JPCC) has decided to organise block-level "Prakhand Samvad" programmes in a phased manner across the state under its state-level organisational strengthening initiative.
The decision has been taken on the directions of All India Congress Committee permanent invitee and Jharkhand in-charge K. Raju and State Congress President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh.
