Ranchi, Nov. 3 -- Jharkhand's Minister for Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperation, Shilpi Neha Tirkey, conducted a surprise inspection at the Chanho Block office on Monday morning during which several officials were found absent from duty.
The minister expressed strong displeasure over the situation and directed immediate action.
According to official sources, Minister Tirkey reprimanded the Circle Officer over the phone for remaining absent during office hours and instructed that show-cause notices be issued to all absentee officials.
