Ranchi, Aug. 2 -- The agitation over alleged irregularities in Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) and Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) examinations intensified on Sunday with student leader and Jharkhand Loktantrik Kranti Morcha (JKLM) leader Devendra Nath Mahato announcing an indefinite hunger strike.
Mahato, who has been leading the protest that began at Morabadi and later shifted to Jaipal Singh Munda Stadium, said the fast would continue until a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe was ordered into the alleged irregularities and action taken against those responsible.
