Ranchi, June 20 -- Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar on Saturday said West Bengal has made immense contributions to India's cultural, intellectual and social development and continues to inspire the nation through its rich heritage.
Addressing a function organised at Lok Bhavan to mark West Bengal Foundation Day, the Governor said India's strength lies in its unity amid diversity and highlighted the role of the Centre's "Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat" initiative in strengthening cultural and emotional bonds among states.
