Ranchi, May 14 -- The Jharkhand government on Thursday launched an online portal for regularisation of unauthorised residential buildings under the Jharkhand Unauthorised Constructed Building Regularisation Rules, 2026.
The portal was inaugurated by Urban Development and Housing Minister Sudivya Kumar at Project Bhawan in Ranchi.
Officials said owners of unauthorised residential structures can apply online within 60 days for regularisation of buildings falling under the prescribed norms. The provision will apply to G 2 residential structures within the notified size limit.
