Ranchi, July 3 -- Jharkhand Finance Minister Radha Krishna Kishore has returned his official security detail and the vehicles assigned for their movement after an apparent disagreement over the provision of an additional vehicle for security personnel.
Confirming the development, the minister said he had sent back the security guards along with three Bolero vehicles provided for their deployment. However, he declined to elaborate on the reasons behind the decision.
Asked about his personal security, Kishore said, "I have full faith in God." He added that he had travelled without security even in difficult areas, including Budha Pahad, in the past.
