Ranchi, Oct. 25 -- Jharkhand's Chief Electoral Officer, K. Ravi Kumar today held a detailed review meeting with all Deputy Electoral Officers to ensure that all necessary preparations for the comprehensive revision of the state's electoral rolls are completed on time.
Speaking from the Election House in Ranchi, Kumar emphasized the importance of thorough planning to facilitate the revision process. He highlighted that for the Systematic Voter Information Review (SIR), mapping voters to their ancestral locations based on the 2003 electoral roll is essential to minimize the number of documents voters need to submit.
