Ranchi, June 25 -- The Jharkhand government on Thursday appointed Dr Dipendra Kumar Sinha, Professor of Surgery at Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Ranchi, as Director-cum-Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the institute on an additional charge basis with immediate effect until further orders.
