Jharkhand: Marandi questions changing affidavits in recruitment case

Ranchi, Sept. 19 -- Jharkhand Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi on Saturday questioned the state government's changing affidavits before the High Court in the recruitment examination irregularities case and demanded a CBI probe.

In a post on X, Marandi said the government's latest affidavit described the entire JSSC-CGL examination process as tainted and questioned why the facts were not presented before the court earlier.

He sought an inquiry into the roles and accountability of officials including Sudhir Gupta, Anurag Gupta, Prashant Kumar and Manoj Kaushik, and questioned whether the earlier submissions before the court had omitted relevant facts.
