Ranchi, Sept. 8 -- Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) general secretary Vinod Kumar Pandey on Tuesday rejected BJP allegations of irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process and accused the party of raising "baseless" charges.

Pandey alleged that BJP workers had been caught interfering with the SIR process in districts including Godda and Garhwa and FIRs had been registered in some cases.

He said the revision of electoral rolls was a constitutional process conducted under the supervision of the Election Commission and urged the BJP to submit evidence of any irregularity to the concerned authorities.
