Ranchi, Sept. 24 -- Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren appeared virtually before the PMLA special court on Thursday in connection with the Badgai land case, with arguments on framing of charges scheduled for September 30.
During the hearing, Soren's counsel Sanjeev Sahay told the court that the list of documents marked as "unrelied documents" by the Enforcement Directorate was received only on Thursday and sought time to verify them.
The special court subsequently fixed September 30 as the next date of hearing, when arguments on the framing of charges will be taken up.
Soren also sought time, citing personal difficulties, according to his counsel.
