Ranchi, Oct. 27 -- The Jharkhand Congress has announced a major initiative, "Mission Sangathan Srijan," to strengthen its organisational structure by holding a 10-day state-level training campaign aimed at enhancing grassroots discipline and effectiveness.
The campaign will run from November 10 to 19 at a banquet hall in Kathalmod, Ranchi.
Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee (JPCC) President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh said the primary goal is to make the party organization more effective, disciplined, and grassroots-oriented. Trainers from the All India Congress Committee (AICC) will conduct the sessions, focusing on improving communication, strategic planning, and booth management at all organisational levels.
