Ranchi, July 23 -- Jharkhand BJP president Aditya Sahu on Thursday demanded a CBI probe into the alleged irregularities in the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) recruitment process and all other alleged paper leak cases in the state, accusing the Congress of adopting double standards on examination-related issues.

Addressing a press conference at the BJP state headquarters, Sahu alleged that recruitment examinations, including those conducted by the JPSC and Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC), had been marred by irregularities during the past six years.

He claimed the resignation of the JPSC chairman was a result of pressure created by the BJP's agitation and demanded that an FIR be lodged against the former chairman.
