Birmingham, June 15 -- The Indian cricket team began its Women's T20 World Cup 2026 campaign with a 64-run victory over Pakistan at Edgbaston in Birmingham on Sunday.

While Jemimah Rodrigues did not have much of an impact with the bat, she remains one of the key figures in India's squad at the ongoing Women's T20 World Cup.
