Bengaluru, Aug. 23 -- The Janata Dal (Secular) is preparing to launch a large-scale campaign against toll collection on the NICE Road, with union Minister HD Kumaraswamy stepping up his attack on the Karnataka government over the issue.
Kumaraswamy has alleged that the NICE authorities have been collecting toll from motorists illegally despite a High Court judgment on the matter, and accused the state government of failing to act on the court's directions.
