Kakinada, March 2 -- Jai Bhimrao Bharat (JBB) Party President Jada Sravan Kumar on Monday demanded that the State Government pay Rs 1 crore ex gratia to the families of those killed and Rs 50 lakh to the injured in the cracker factory blasts at Vetlapalem in Kakinada District, besides providing employment to one family member of each victim.
Sravan visited the site of the explosions, which have claimed 23 lives so far.
He later visited the Government General Hospital in Kakinada, enquired about the condition of the injured undergoing treatment for severe burns and interacted with their family members.
