New Delhi, Jan. 15 -- International Cricket Council (ICC) Chairman Jay Shah has extended his best wishes to all teams and players ahead of the ICC Under-19 Men's Cricket World Cup, set to begin on January 15 in Zimbabwe and Namibia.
In a message shared on X, Shah highlighted the tournament's role in shaping cricket's next generation of stars.
"Wishing all the teams and players the best of luck in the ICC Under-19 Men's Cricket World Cup starting on January 15 across host countries Zimbabwe and Namibia. Our youth events have long been the pathway for some of cricket's biggest stars, and I am sure that will be the case again," Shah wrote.
